May marks Mental Health Awareness Month, and this year, Graco is proud to extend its One Family campaign in support of Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week (May 5th–11th) and Mental Health Awareness Week (May 12th–18th).
With 2025’s theme focused on Community, Graco is joining the wider conversation to champion the power of local connection and emotional support.
Championing Community Through Real Stories
In line with the Mental Health Foundation’s 2025 theme of community, Graco will be highlighting inspiring individuals and grassroots groups on their Instagram, those who are making a real difference in their local areas by fostering meaningful communities that boost mental health and well-being.
To better understand how community impacts parents, Graco teamed up with Mother & Baby to survey readers. The findings showed that exercise (52%), friendship (42%), and alone time (26%) are key contributors to mental well-being. When experiencing anxiety or loneliness, 85% of parents turn to loved ones for conversation, while 67% find comfort in a simple walk outdoors.
These insights are at the heart of Graco’s commitment to supporting parents through connection, understanding, and encouragement.

Supporting Maternal Mental Health: Cool Mums Club
Graco is shining a light on The Cool Mums Club, an uplifting group based in the Derby/Nottingham area. Founded by Leanne and Jade, the club is dedicated to helping mums feel less isolated through regular meet-ups, from walks and soft play sessions to lively community markets featuring independent retailers. At its core, the club creates a safe, happy space where mums can connect and thrive.
Uplifting Local Energy with The Mum Club, Leamington Spa
Next up is Jess, franchisee of The Mum Club, Leamington Spa. Known for her energy and warmth, Jess curates welcoming events in stylish venues, supporting fellow mum entrepreneurs and encouraging collaboration. Embodying The Mum Club’s mantra, “You can sit with us,” Jess ensures no mum ever feels left out.
Supporting Parents Nationwide with PANDAS Foundation
As Mental Health Awareness Week begins on May 12th, Graco continues its partnership with the PANDAS Foundation, a national perinatal mental health charity. Through free counselling, support services, and peer-led community sessions, PANDAS helps parents navigate the emotional challenges of early parenthood with compassion and care.

Celebrating Dads: The Power of Dad La Soul
Graco will also feature Dad La Soul, a bold, inclusive community started by Dan Flanagan in 2016. Recognising the lack of support for fathers, Dan created a space where dads could talk openly, build friendships, and support one another. From night swims to puppet shows and afternoon raves, Dad La Soul events help combat male loneliness and raise awareness around male suicide prevention.
Sharing the Real Parenting Journey with Fab & Ell
Throughout the campaign, Graco will be supported by Fab & Ell, a parenting duo documenting their highs and lows raising twins. Through honest conversations on Instagram and YouTube, they’ll share how they prioritise mental health and navigate tough days, reminding other parents that they’re not alone.
A Message from Graco: You’re Not Alone
Graco encourages all parents to seek connection, especially when feeling low. Whether it’s a local group, a chat with friends, or a simple walk, support is out there. Feeling seen, supported, and connected can make all the difference.
